Community Based Outpatient Clinic

The Veterans Administration Community Based Outpatient Clinic (VA CBOC) provides Primary Care and Mental Health services for area veterans and their families. This clinic is located adjacent to the Eglin AFB Hospital, which allows physicians at the clinic to refer patients to the hospital for diagnostic and other services that the VA CBOC does not provide.

The facility is equipped with a vehicular covered drop-off/pick-up and functional areas include administrative, clinical primary care, mental health, pharmacy, lab, security and building support type spaces. Site improvements associated with the project include an entrance roadway with security shelter/check-point, driveway and parking areas, sidewalks, perimeter security fencing, landscaping, earthwork for site and building preparation, underground utilities (water, sewer, and communications) and overhead power.
