Medical Office Building

The design intent of the Medical Office Building, located within the Baptist Hospital Gulf Breeze, FL campus, was to attract and accommodate specialized physician practices which include cardiologists, nuclear medicine, orthopedics, pulmonary medicine, OB/GYN, family counseling, neurology and other similar specialized out-patient services.

The facility is integrated into the Baptist Hospital campus fabric and includes connective covered walkways from the parking areas to the Medical Office Building and the main hospital. The project delivery method for the building shell and the tenant areas was by a Construction Manager (CM) approach, which was selected for cost and schedule control.
